What We Do
We make cider: with 100% freshly picked apples.
The hard work is at the start of the process ensuring only the best quality apples are used.
Hand-picked from Warwickshire orchards the apples are sorted, washed and pressed. Slow maturation gives full flavour and clarity.
Our ciders are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, our process does not use fining agents. We add minimum sulphites.

Sweet Cider
We don't believe in adding too much sugar so ours is best described as medium. Enjoy a taste of summer.
Cider in Kegs
We provide kegged cider for events. Please get in touch for more details.
We have our own customised horsebox, which we often take to events, and is available for hire. If you don't have room for a horsebox but would like us to run a bar at your event we can do that! Contact us for more details.
Country Wines and Cordials
We make cordials and wines, although our wines are not currently available for sale. We are developing a range of country wines made from fruits from our orchard and hope to bring them to you soon. We make delicious cordials for events and shows for you to enjoy on the day.
Our inspiration comes from the hedgerow and our grandparents, who made country wines from the surplus around them.
Courses and Talks
We offer a range of courses from cider-making to apple tree grafting. See our Events page for more details. Click here to find our more.
We give talks at events on a range of topics, such as the history of cider making, orchards, apples, biodiversity and cider tasting. Contact us for more information.
